We'd like to welcome you to Lakeside Dental! We're here to not only offer you and your family the very latest in advanced dental care, but to do so in a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment. We've tried hard to create something that may seem impossible - a very high tech office, that still feels like home. We have the very most advanced dental technology available, and the ability to pick the precise technique indicated for your individual situation (whether it's the new one or the older one). And we have created an environment where we've had young children ask to hold their birthday parties in our office.
We have three simple promises.
The first promise is that we don't want anything to hurt. We use the very latest drugs (decades newer than Novocaine) combined the very latest in computer assisted anesthetic delivery. Many people don't even know that they've had a shot. If you would also like laughing gas to relax (you'll be able to drive afterwards), we offer this at no charge. We are also one of less than two dozen laser-certified offices in Illinois so, for many procedures, there's no shot at all. In any case, if something feels cold or "funny" during your visit, we stop and give you more anesthetic; we promise you'll never hear the words "hang on, we're almost done" at our office. We schedule more time than is normally needed to ensure that you're never rushed when you see us. You're surrounded by highly qualified staff who are fiercely protective of you.
Our second promise is no surprises. This means before we do any work, we'll show you why it's needed, what the options are, what you can expect during the procedure and afterwards. You'll know what it will cost, in writing, so you'll never walk to the front desk and be surprised. We also quote the fees for your procedures with everything included - we don't like being nickeled and dimed either.
Our third promise is that we'll treat you like we want to be treated ourselves when we visit a healthcare facility. We work hard to ensure we run on schedule. We have free WiFi throughout the office. If you have a long procedure, we'll offer you movie goggles and let you pick from our stock of over 500 DVDs (you can take the movie home if you don't finish it). There is no impersonal sign-in sheet in our office, no sliding glass windows, we're stocked with up to date and diverse magazines, and you'll enjoy the difference of being with a staff that is driven nuts by the apathy of others who are supposed to take care of us.
