Initial Visit
We are thrilled that you’ve chosen Lakeside Dental as your preferred dentist in North Barrington, Illinois.
During our initial visit, we will perform a thorough exam of your teeth and mouth, including an oral cancer screening, and take necessary x-rays using 3-D technology. Together, you and Dr. Century, or Dr. Singla, will discuss questions, concerns, and the findings of your exam. Based on the examination results, our dentists will then create a personalized treatment plan to achieve your oral health goals. For your convenience, we offer the option to have a routine cleaning performed on the same day.
Rest assured, our entire team (even Nano and Pico!) is with you throughout your dental treatment plan. We’re here to ease any anxiety or fears while providing the most comprehensive treatment to achieve the smile of your dreams.
New Patient Forms
To prepare for your upcoming appointment, Lakeside Dental provides our patient forms online, so you can prepare for your appointment in advance of arriving at our office. Completing those forms before your visit will help ensure timely check-in at your appointment time.
Insurance
Dr. Century and Dr. Singla believe no smile should be left untreated because of financial concerns. The Lakeside Dental team will review all options of care to fit within your budget. Dr. Century and Dr. Singla participate as out-of-network providers for most PPO insurance plans, and we will submit all your claims straight to your insurance company electronically .
Patients are personally responsible for any financial charges not covered by insurance, We will work with you to identify a payment solution feasible for both parties. A member of our team is always available to answer any questions that you may have.
Financing
At Lakeside Dental, we strive to prevent financial obstacles from achieving the smile of your dreams. We partner with companies to offer financing options, and we accept most major forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we offer third-party financing options through CareCredit.
